About the Property
Dorset holiday cottage on the isle of Portland with sea views,close to amenities and bus stop. Our cottage sleeps up to 6 people, on the ground floor is a spacious but cosy living room with sea glimpses,diner and snug area. Kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, toaster, oven and hob and fridge with freezer compartment. Also you will find a cloakroom and small yard, on the first floor is a large king size bedroom with sea views and a TV clothes storage, hair dryer and straighteners. The bathroom has a bath with shower over it and a wash basin and a separate toilet next door then through to a large utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board,this room leads out to the fully enclosed suntrap garden where you will find garden furniture and BBQ.On the top floor is a good size twin room with sea views and clothes storage and a cosy Double bedroom with clothes storage.

Booking Terms & Conditions
We accept well behaved dogs 1-2 only but they must not be left in the house alone unless they are crated, and please don’t allow them on the beds or furniture. And please clean up after them.
A deposit of 20% of the total amount will be required at the time of booking and the rest of the balance will be due one month before arrival.
Bedding covers and bath towels can be provided for an extra charge but all other hand towels and tea towels, cloths and cleaning products will be there including loo rolls, washing up liquid etc,we also provide tea and coffee.
We specify that the number of guests does not exceed the number booked unless pre authorised with me.
This is a no smoking property inside the house.
The two rooms on the top floor have large opening windows so for safety if you have young children I would recommend locking the windows and keeping the key in a safe place, and opening windows for air circulation on the landing , the stairs are fairly steep and we don’t have a stair gate so very young children might need to be supervised.
