NITB APPROVED Orchard Cottage is located in a quiet, rural country setting, but is only a five minute drive to the market town of Irvinestown or a short drive to the Island town of Enniskillen.
Our guests have said that the cosy cottage is like “a real home from home”
with great views and walks and nestled in an elevated position, set in acres of its own land and with stunning views all around, you are sure to enjoy our peaceful private setting.

Ideally situated to explore Fermanagh,Tyrone and the Western Coast of Ireland Orchard Cottage is a great base for you and your family.

County Fermanagh is a truly breathtaking lakeland County, unrivalled throughout Europe – from the loughs the night sky is jet black and studded with a panorama of brilliant stars. The county derives its name from ‘Firmonach’, ‘the men of Monach’, a Celtic tribe that settled around the shores of the loughs in the early Christian era. The twin lakes of Lough Erne, Upper and Lower, cover one-third of Fermanagh. With such an abundance of water including lakes, rivers and canals there are many opportunities to island-hop your way through the waves and currents, or you can join a cruise through the waters of Upper and Lower Lough Erne taking in the breathtaking scenery and landscapes.

County Tyrone has some beautiful scenic drives and the amazing American Folk Museum. The market town of Omagh is just 40 mins drive.

The Coast can be reached in less than an hour with loads of beaches and amazing coastal paths.

Booking Terms & Conditions

If a booking is made and accepted, a fifty percent deposit is required if the booking is for an arrival longer than 28 days from booking. Balance to be paid no later than 28 days from arrival date.

If a booking is made and accepted for an arrival within 28 days full payment is required.

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

If the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund.

No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

£100 security deposit to be paid at time of booking (will be refunded the day after checkout if property is left in good order)
