About the Property

Little Vines is newly purposely refurbished luxury holiday cottage which sleeps 4 people ( plus cot on request) located in the tiny rural hamlet of Baughton.

The cottage comprises upstairs 2 bedrooms one with king size bed and one with twin beds both with beautiful views towards the Malvern Hills.  Also upstairs is small cloak room with sink and w.c.

Downstairs is a light and airy open plan living dining and kitchen area with the following; fridge/ freezer/ dishwasher / hob/oven/microwave/ washer/dryer / flat screen smart tv/ iron/ hoover / breakfast bar/hairdryer.

The family bathroom is also located in the ground floor with luxury freestanding bath tub and separate shower.

The outside area has just been completed for summer 2020 and includes a private outdoor lounge area with sofa and canopy/ garden bar/ bbq/chimnea/ and dining table. All with views across the paddocks and open countryside towards the magnificent Malvern Hills .

There is also a further grassed area and  parking for two cars. Lockable storage is also available upon request to store bikes or any other outdoor equipment for enjoying the many outdoor pursuits available in this area of outstanding natural beauty.

There is an fabulous fine dining pub across the road from the property and a large selection of unique shops, cafes and bars and pubs can be found in nearby festival town of Upton upon Severn which also boasts it own marina and the famous ‘Ham’ and the ‘Severn Way’  enjoyed by walkers and fisherman alike. The Malverns and surrounding area is also very popular with cyclists and mountain bikers. Upton hosts many music festivals across the year the most famous being the Blues festival, Jazz festival, Folk festival and the Sunshine festival attracting visitors from far and wide.
