This cosy retreat is the perfect base for a family who desire a relaxing getaway to an panoramic area and a huge range of local attractions and activities to suit a group of all ages and tastes.
You will be greeted by an bright and open-plan living space where you can look forward to putting your feet up on the comfy sofas and for an evening of fun and games or just some time to catch up with your loved ones after a busy day exploring.
Walk through to the kitchen modern country kitchen, which has everything you need to make your stay easy with all the necessary appliances needed to ensure you can cook up some fantastic home cooked food or even try out some new recipes! But no need to wash the pots, the kitchen is even fitted out with a dishwasher so you don’t have to spend your time away washing the pots!
Next to the open plan kitchen is a spacious dining area, with seating for 6 people allowing you to catch up on the excitement of the day or plan your next adventure.

On the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom more than suitable for those not so quick on their feet, who will also have their own modern ground-floor shower room.

There is ample storage space to put all of your belongings during your stay.
Within a few minutes drive into the market town of Leek where you will find lots of wonderful of pubs, restaurants and cafés suited to array of tastes and budgets, as well as plenty of shops to pick up those essentials or even treat yourself during your stay.
Tittesworth Reservoir and Rudyard Lake are the ideal spots for those looking to get involved with some outdoor activities including water sports such as sailing. Alton towers is also only around 10 miles away for those who would like more of a thrill.
If you’re more into hiking, there is plenty to chose from including the nearby trail Thor’s Cave located in the Peak District, this is the perfect place to enjoy a panoramic walk with an abundance of truly breathtaking settings and history along the way.
