Chalet 16 by the beach

This is a charming cedar wood chalet recently revamped and decorated to a good spec. The chalet is located on a quiet park 7 minutes walk to a village green with shops/bars/eateries and amusements also 2 free Atm’s at the CO OP and Spar shop, carry on walking down south road about 7 minutes and you will find more pubs and amusement’s at the golden palms caravan park also takeaways and the Tropicana entertainment centre which hosts many tribute bands this venue also has a very large kids indoor padded play area with climbing frames and ball pools. Just through the entrance at the golden palms caravan park is a indoor swimming pool of which anyone can use.

The beach is 3 minutes walk taking a left out of the site entrance with a promenade that stretches for about 4 miles from Chapel St Leonards to Ingoldmells  with fantasy island theme park and large open market (both districts of Skegness). The village green at Chapel St Leonards is a right turn at the entrance. A bus stop is situated directly outside the chalet park with route’s to Ingoldmells Skegness ( everything for all ages) and Mablethorpe (lovely beaches great for young family’s) in the opposite direction. For great pub grub head left out of the park entrance over the bridge and straight ahead 4 minutes walk there is a convenience store  fish and chip shop and a car service station there also.

The chalet sleeps up to 4 people and comprises of 1 BEDROOM with  small double bed ,wardrobe and  foldable dressing table . air dryer also a iron and small ironing board are kept in the wardrobe for your use.

LIVING AREA with a bed settee, coffee table, 2 seater dining table and chairs for extra room purposes, 40″ smart tv and dvd player with a random collection of dvd’s also a few board games. There is no WiFi so a mobile router or mobile phone tethering is required for internet usage

KITCHEN with microwave, toaster, kettle and single portable ceramic hob for those occasional breakfasts there is no oven, we offer complimentary tea and coffee.

BATHROOM with wash basin and vanity unit toilet and shower cubicle and complimentary liquid soap. there are electric wall heaters in all rooms bed linen is provided but bring your own bath towels and tea towels please.

There is a small patio area at the front of the chalet with table and chairs provided. The park operates a waste recycling policy and the waste disposal unit is located behind the park office all recycling to be separated from general waste. We provide 3 small bins for separation in the chalet. There is a small launderette on the park

Booking Terms & Conditions

• Smoking only allowed outside the property
• Only couples/family’s and singles allowed
• No single gender parties allowed
• Guests are reminded not to exceed your stated guest occupancy which should be no more than 4 persons, failure to do so will end in your stay being terminated by the park owners.
• No ball games
• No dogs allowed
• Not recommended for people with disabilities, babies or very young children

Please remember this is a peaceful park and guests must be reminded that there are residential people living there, so noise levels should be kept to a minimum, no noise after 23.00hrs.

A £50 deposit is required for bookings, balance to be paid 1 week prior to your arrival, or deposit will be lost and chalet re-advertised. A £50 returnable bond is required for damages/breakages also a £30 standard cleaning fee is charged.

The site operates a recycling policy. There is a waste unit at the rear of the reception, we have provided 3 separate bins in the chalet for general waste/cardboard paper plastics, metal cans and bottles.
