We let out our Holiday Apartments All Year Round, and we offer flexible Let’s from 3 Nights plus.
You can choose which Day you wish to start and end your stay.
We simply require a £50 Deposit to secure your booking, this is taken off the price of the booking.
Full payment is required 4 Weeks before the start Date of your booking, you may if you wish pay by instalments as and when to suit you.
The Property owner lives just around the corner from the Apartments, and is often on hand during your stay should the need arise.
We take the usual £5o Refundable bond on all bookings, the bond is usually refunded back within 3 Working Days of you vacating, from the source to which you paid for your booking, and not directly from the property owner. Subject to satisfactory inspection of the property and it’s contents.
In the unlikely event of damages occurred during your stay over the £50 bond value, further remuneration may be sought separately.
The Lead named person booking must be aged 21 or over.
We can accommodate 1-2 Well behaved Dogs, however Dogs must not be left unattended.
Strictly NO SMOKING within the Apartments OR within the communal areas of the Building.
We offer a Returning Customer Discount should you wish to book again.
